‘Achieving your goal’ is important to us. At the initial consultation and health assessment we will not only identity your needs but also consider your lifestyle and current state of health in agreeing SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timed) Goals.

We will then design an exercise programme for you to enable you to achieve those results. We will monitor your progress and should we need to, we will adapt your training programme accordingly.

The National Institute for Clinical Excellence state that “a person needs to be in balance to maintain a healthy weight –that their energy intake (from food) should not exceed the energy expended through every day activities and exercise”

At JJ Fitness & Wellbeing we recognise that it is as important to consider your nutrition and ensure that there is a calorific deficit. If you would like us to, we will review your diet and make any necessary recommendations for optimum weight loss.
