JJ Fitness and Wellbeing was conceived from the need to provide a reliable, high quality home personal training service in South Wales.
Our challenge is to provide you with the motivation in your own environment so that exercise and fitness becomes natural to you and that you will continue to enjoy exercising after you achieve your initial goals.
We aim to provide you with a customised service that is individually tailored to your needs and goals. We provide all the necessary equipment, motivation, knowledge and experience so that your sessions are manageable, effective and continually challenging.
Research has shown that over 50% of people that start an exercise programme will have stopped after 6 months. However, if you keep motivated for 9 months then the likelihood of continued lifelong fitness is much greater (Gould and Weinberg 1998).
With JJ Fitness and Wellbeing your sessions will have variety and will be fun and enjoyable, therefore ensuring you look forward to your training whilst also keeping you motivated for longer.
Not only will we motivate you through your session but we aim to be there for you outside those times and provide you with ongoing support via the telephone, email and text
