Jason Korinek

From a young age I had a real passion for sport, something I probably inherited from my father who was a professional sportsman. Through my childhood I competed in numerous team sports from Rugby, Football and Hockey before becoming a competitive triathlete during my University Years. It was during this time that I realised how much dedication and motivation was needed to achieve your goals. Today, it’s all about providing that motivation and dedication to get results with my clients!

My passion for exercise means I get extreme satisfaction when I am able to help clients enjoy exercise and achieve their goals. I pride myself in tailoring each session to meet the needs of each client and ensure I deliver variety so that training is not only effective but also fun. When you get results, you are happy and when you are happy, I am happy!


Jason Cave

I have always been an active person who enjoys sporting activities and keeping fit. I play football 3 to 4 times a week but I also regularly workout from home or in the gym. I believe that my dedication to training over the last 8 years has given me much more focus and confidence in becoming a successful personal trainer.

I always ensure that training sessions are good fun and have variety so that my clients look forward to seeing me. Whilst I work hard and give my all to the training sessions it will never take over my life because I want to enjoy the other things in life and feel that it is important to get this balance. I very much believe that you can get those results and still enjoy yourself.


Kirsty Thomas

I live in Cardiff and love living in a city yet being so close to the coast. In my spare time I take every opportunity to take part in water sports like windsurfing and surfing if I can brave the cold, dark mornings in the winter. People need to get outside more and feel the benefits of exercising outdoors rather than being stuck in the gym and I try to encourage my clients to incorporate some outdoor activities as part of their training regime.

I also enjoy cooking and try out different recipes and ideas in an attempt to find healthier alternatives, although they don’t always turn out to be a success. It is important to recognise that weight management is not just about exercise and I provide the necessary nutritional advice to my clients to ensure that they have a balanced diet to compliment their training.


Matthew Williams

As your personal trainer I want to help encourage you to achieve your goals. It is my aim to make sure that your training is fun and enjoyable in helping you reach your goals as quickly as possible and believe that my friendly and outgoing personality will put you at ease and between us we make your targets our number one priority.

I have been an athlete for more than ten years and with sheer determination and dedication I reached international standard. I will provide the same motivation and dedication to you whether you require a personalised program, nutritional advice or just someone to train with.

After an enjoyable workout, I can provide a sports massage to assist in your relaxation and preparation for our next session.
