Home Fitness Book


Most people don’t want to see their personal trainer every day, that’s why we designed and produced a ‘Home Fitness Book’. It provides you with over 90 pages of stretches and exercises that you can either do in the comfort of your own home or at a gym.

To carry out all the exercises you need four basic pieces of equipment; a stability ball, a set of adjustable dumbbells, a resistance band and a mat.

In your personal training sessions you will shown how to carry out the exercises safely and effectively and then the clear instructions and illustrations will remind of the correct techniques if you are training on your own. The book has been divided into different sections including warm up, cardiovascular and cool down and resistance exercises for beginners, intermediates and Advanced.
