JJ Fitness & Wellbeing is not just about fitness training but it is about a more holistic approach also considering both lifestyle and nutrition, and that is why all our trainers will help you assess and change your diet if needed. We will always discuss nutrition with our clients and advise them accordingly however many of our clients opt to purchase an additional nutritional consultation which they have found to be most beneficial and strongly recommended as part of your ongoing fitness programme.

We will ask you to keep a diary of the food and fluid you consume in a week, making a note of the times you eat and drink. We will then take it away, analyse it and provide you with a report of where we think you are going wrong, giving you some suggestions for change and some healthier alternatives.

At JJ Fitness & Wellbeing we believe that it is important to make positive changes to both your exercise regime and your nutrition. This will not only help you achieve your goals more effectively but also help you maintain a healthy and long life.

During the consultation we can also answer any questions you may have regarding diet and training, the GI Index, hydration and why ‘fad’ diets don’t work.
